Waking Up in the Bathroom

in some way or another it's a form of a metaphor and in some other way it hits reality far too close. today was one of those days where you realize there's something missing... effort, aspiration, inspiration, even a symphony playing in the background that serves as the soundtrack to your rebirth.

life is a never-ending turning wheel; one day you're at the bottom of this wheel and the next you're on top. now, somewhere in between the top and the bottom you see everything all too clearly... you know where you'll end up next; the top or the bottom. currently, i'm at the bottom unable to see anything... but the wheel is slowly turning and soon enough i'll be in between again. i know where i'll end up again soon enough. the top.

you know i really do wish i could see something familiar that resembles the top but i haven't in a long time. does the fact that im stuck at the bottom cause my self destruction or is it the other way around? or do they perpetuate each other. all i know is im waiting for the day where im on top of the wheel and still waking up in the bathroom. i need that balance, im not that strong.

i'd say they more or less perpetuate each other. just depends on how you feel about where you think you are. you could really be at the top, not know it and either be bored or just not like how things are so you turn to self-destruction. it's all just perception so you can be stronger if you choose to.
